Our base material is a 50 year 100% Acrylic Sealant with silicone is designed for a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces, delivering good adhesion and durability. If forms a flexible, durable, airtight, water resistant seal that offers protection from environmental conditions and features good elongation and recovery. Once cured, our caulking is mildew resistant. This caulk meets the requirements of ASTM C-834 Type OP, Grade-18C. It is manufactured in USA by Tower Sealants.

CLEANUP : soap and water.
DRY TIME: generally 4 to 6 hours depending on climatic conditions.
