Our base material is a premium internally plasticized Acrylic Urethane Sealant. This premium technology eliminates yellowing, shiners and reduces dirt pick up. It has superior adhesion, durability and 500% elongation. It forms a flexible, durable, airtight, water resistant seal offering exceptional protection from environmental conditions. Once cured, our caulking is mildew resistant. This caulk meets the requirements of TT-S00230C, Type S, Class B and ASTM C-920, Grade NS, Class 12.5. It is manufactured in USA by Tower Sealants.
